Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT) is a registered charity in Singapore that supports lower-income women through integrated pathways to employment and financial stability.
In Singapore, dual-income households have become the norm for financial stability, leaving single-income and lower-income families increasingly exposed. For the women we serve, one unexpected setback can be the difference between stability and crisis.

We support women aged 18 to 63 from lower-income families in Singapore who face barriers to employment, financial stability and social mobility.
Many of the women we support are balancing caregiving responsibilities, financial pressures and limited access to skills, resources and opportunities. Some are seeking employment, while others are already working but need support to move towards greater stability and progression.

Every woman's journey is different. Through assessment and tailored support, we help women build confidence and agency, develop practical skills, access employment opportunities and progress towards greater stability and social mobility. We meet women where they are, with a customised journey shaped around their individual circumstances, needs and goals.

Wraparound support is extended throughout the journey — the practical, non-programme help that keeps a woman able to show up and stay engaged, like transport assistance, childminding, and encouragement from a volunteer befriender, alongside the core programme itself.
