Y.E.S. Programme
Y.E.S. is for you — wherever you are in your journey.
Build confidence, build skills, build your future. Youth Employment for Success (Y.E.S.) is a structured programme for young women aged 18–35, supporting you from your first session to your first paycheck and beyond. Free. Practical. Built for real life, in partnership with Standard Chartered Foundation.
Your journey — in four stages
1. Build Confidence
DOT Confidence Curriculum — A 4-week foundational programme for young women preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce. Through self-discovery, practical workplace knowledge, and interactive learning, you'll build the confidence to pursue meaningful career opportunities, and connect to a network of 80+ employer partners.
Confident Voices — A 3-hour workshop helping young women discover and communicate their personal brand, presenting yourself authentically and professionally in interviews, at work, and beyond.
Best Self Forward — A practical, hands-on workshop on interview presentation and first impressions.
2. Grow and Prepare
Literacy Classes (including AI Literacy)
Ignite Coaching — Personalised career coaching by Standard Chartered's certified Ignite coaches — focused on goal-setting, job placement, and employment retention. A core part of your Y.E.S. journey, not a one-off session.
3. Enter Employment
Employment Bridging · 80+ Employer Partners · Alternative Pathways (Healthcare, Digital, Entrepreneurship)
4. Sustain and Thrive
Transformation Fund (up to $10,000) — Up to $10,000 in bursary support covering course fees, application fees, and an allowance for loss of income and caregiving costs — for those pursuing industry qualifications or professional accreditation.
Post-Employment Workshops · Peer Support · Wellbeing Check-ins
