Transformation Fund
Education is one of the most powerful levers for lasting change — but upskilling takes time, money, and commitment that isn't always easy to find on your own.
The Transformation Fund gives working women a bursary of up to $10,000 to support further study or training, helping you take the next step in your career without carrying that cost alone.
Is this for you?
You've been employed in your current role for at least 6 months
You have a clear plan to stay employed while completing your course
This is your first time applying to the Transformation Fund
You're not currently receiving another DOT bursary
Preference may be given to applicants whose course of study relates to their current industry, and to those with a gross income of $2,900 or below.
What's involved
How to get started
