As a young charity, corporate partnerships are how we grow. Becoming a corporate partner impacts our outreach and industry-centric networking efforts immediately.
DOT partners with organisations aligned to our mission and empowerment principles, so we can grow our services and social impact together. We invite corporate partners to support our programmes by leveraging your organisation's strengths and resources, or by connecting us to your business community and networks.
In return, we open up employee engagement and staff volunteering opportunities that let your people support our women and their families meaningfully.
Five ways to contribute
Holistic partnerships that blend more than one mode create the deepest, most sustained impact — we welcome any combination.
Invest — Multi-year unrestricted fund donations, programme-specific funding (IT Literacy, DCC, Savvy Saver, Transformation Fund, Bridges to Employment), matching gift and payroll giving schemes, bursary fund contributions, cause-related marketing and % of sales campaigns
Resources — Venue or event space for workshops island-wide, laptops and devices for digital literacy classes, professional services (legal, audit, HR, marketing, IT), technology platforms, software licences and AI tools
Reach — Refer lower-income women in your employee or customer base to DOT, co-host outreach events in your workplace or community spaces, feature DOT in your internal communications, newsletters or ESG reporting
Pathways — Open entry-level and flexible roles, offer job shadowing or informational interviews, advocate with peers and industry associations for more inclusive hiring (see Hire Our Clients for more)
Volunteer — Programme trainers and co-facilitators, childminders, coaches, skills-based volunteering (see Volunteer for more)
